The spanking new Moschino Spring Summer 2018 Ad Campaign stars the legendary wait for it; Naomi Campbell, alongside ebony beauties, Aube Jolicoeur, Yasmin Wijnaldum as well as Elite model agency’s Adut Akench Bior. The ageless Campbell who’s career spans a historic three decades is often heralded as the queen of the catwalk; thus making her addition to the 2018 campaign visuals an iconic fit.

The ad’s setting is a nice departure from what many may feel the vibe of a Spring/Summer campaign should typically entail. Think bright, airy, floral and flair. However, Moschino’s designer, Jeremy Scott takes fashion lovers on a different yet harmonious stylish ride!

The campaign’s backdrop is a couture fashion show similar to what one would see during New York, Paris, Milan or London Fashion Week. Naomi, Aube, Adut and Yasmin are pictured walking the runway one by one as photographers clamor for the coveted shot. When speaking of the ad campaign Jeremy Scott simply stated, “We’re not going to be shady, just fierce.” Words to live by Jeremy, words to live by.

So then, who was apart of the all star team that brought the Moschino Spring Summer 2018 Ad Campaign to life? The ad was captured by fashion royalty photographer, Steven Meisel. Hair and makeup duties were performed by Guido Palau as well as Pat McGrath. Furthermore, fashion styling was handled by Carlyne Cerf De Dudzeele.

2017 BFC The Fashion Awards- Pat McGrath Receives Isabella Blow Award!

Much congratulations and well deserved! The beauty world is in a frenzy due to the fact Pat McGrath Receives Isabella Blow Award at the 2017 The Fashion Awards. The Fashion Awards is held annually by the BFC, British Fashion Council. The ceremony is utilized to honor the industry’s top talents from modeling to beauty to fashion.

This year’s array of honorees include the Queen of makeup Pat McGrath as well as fashion royalty, Donatella Versace, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Stella McCartney. Top models Winnie Harlow as well as Adwoa Aboah were also nominated for Model of the Year. Aboah who starred on Edward Enniful’s first cover of the new British Vogue will ultimately take home the award this year.

Nevertheless, many wonder who is the BFC and what are some of the things they work to accomplish? The council themselves provides the answer. They state,

She has mastered the art of truly being herself in an industry full of fabrication. Plus, she has overcome negativity and past lukewarm sales to become one of the biggest artists of all time!

She is deemed a fashion icon and has even surpassed MJ on the charts when it comes to number ones. If she can achieve being one of the last musicians of her “time” to still be relevant over a decade later. Rihanna can definitely be the last woman standing here on earth.
