The Givenchy fashion house released this statement regarding Meghan’s look saying,

“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Sussex wore a custom made Givenchy Haute Couture outfit. Designed by Claire Waight Keller, for her first official day of engagements with her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II. [She also] wears a Cross3 bag [also designed] by Claire Waight Keller.”
