Rose debuted her new hair this week at the exclusive Nylon Mag party. She killed her look from head-to-toe with flowing waist-length highlighted hair and a sassy rouge dress by Angel Brinks. The gown goes by the name “Flammable.” Fitting because Rose’s look was definitely fire!

Nevertheless, we love darker tresses on Amber because it compliments her lovely skin tone. Also, the highlights are noticeable, but still blend-able so that the overall look is soft, neat yet seductively spicy! On a scale of 10 this hair look on Amber is a solid 20.

The key to healthy looking hair that has been highlighted is to restore any lost hydration. Aim to deep condition strands often. In celebration of their 150 year reign the magazine presented the Harper’s Bazaar Empire State Building Fashion Show in the heart of NYC. Major!

Party and fashion, could there be anything better? All of fashion’s elite came out to enjoy the spectacular event. We spotted Iman, Daniela Braga and Demi Moore to name a few.

Nevertheless, yes the party is so posh and NY, but the real highlight is the one-of-a-kind show! Harper’s Bazaar let us in on a few details. The mag revealed,

“In honor of our 150th anniversary, we’re projecting the chicest fashion show on the Empire State Building. A retrospective of some of our magazine’s most memorable images. From 8:30 to midnight on the north side of the Empire building above 34th street.

Last night BAZAAR images over our 150 year history came to life… from Jean Shrimpton to Beyonce. We celebrated our 150th anniversary in style with our May 2017 cover girl. [She] flipped the switch for our Empire State Building retrospective and some of our favorite tastemakers.”

Dine for two – Eat high quality protein and healthy mono and saturated fats. This is good for you and the development of your baby. This high satiety diet will help reduce cravings making you want to snack while keeping your blood glucose levels nice and stable.
Chase Waterfalls – Drink TONS of water, at least 64 ounces and tack on an additional 8 ounces for every 30 minutes of exercise. Water will help you stay hydrated and reduce nausea, tiredness as well as overeating.
Take a rest – You don’t have to go all balls to walls to stay in shape. Listen to your body, if you need rest take it. You can always get back to your regular program once you’re no longer exhausted.
