Beauty Quickie: Dairy and sugar do not need to be completely stricken from your diet, but they should be kept to a limit. Starchy carbs, sugar and dairy all have something in common that can wreck havoc on skin. All three can cause spikes in hormones that in response cause acne. Experiment with how much dairy and sugar your body can handle without causing a breakout. If you love carbs (we know we do) stick to whole grains or fruits that have natural sugars.
Beauty Quickie: Many women stop at just concealer in order to make their eyes look like sparkling diamonds. Concealer works to hide dark circles, but adding a layer of highlighter on top of this product can do wonders! Adding highlighter on top of concealer will give skin an iridescent shimmer thus making the eyes look brighter and awake.
Of course not all fats are created equal, you will need to consume healthy fats in order to derive the most benefits. Why should healthy fats be included in your diet? The body is made of numerous cells which in turn are made up of a membrane of fat.

Beauty Quickie: Making your eyes pop as well as look more alluring is as simple as putting down the brown and black eyeliner. Line eyes with blue eyeliner to give peepers a bigger and brighter appearance. The blue tint will make the whites of your eyes appear brighter thus giving you dazzling, seductive eyes.
The number one way to look beautiful is completely free yet many women still fail to get the all important 7-8 hours of beauty sleep. Busy schedules and obligations can make getting rest seem like one of life’s greatest feats. However, here are a few reasons to give you motivation to hit the sack.
Not getting enough sleep can lead to bags as well as dull and sagging skin. This occurs because lack of sleep causes blood vessels to dilate which in turn creates dark eye circles. A lack of sleep will literally age you quicker than you are naturally supposed to age. If that is not scary enough you must remember that sleep is a time for the skin to repair, restore and re-balance. Therefore, get your rest to maintain a youthful appearance.
Beauty Quickie: Sometimes makeup brushes can take a beating causing fibers to fall out or be damaged by harsh detergents. Prevent this by using a gentle shampoo in order to can clean brushes and keep them in shape as well as ready for use. Either lather up the brushes with the shampoo or allow them to soak in a cup. Add a small amount of baby shampoo to water then swish your brushes around and allow them to sit in the cup. After a bit rinse the makeup brushes and gently dry them.
