This year we tested out the Apple Cider Vinegar theory and was pleasantly surprised. Since January of this year (it is now December) we have not had a single cold! We have to admit at first we were HIGHLY skeptical but now we are total believers. The body is amazing and the things we find right in nature are just as extraordinary in keeping us well.

To stay healthy all we did was drink a little Apple Cider Vinegar whenever we felt a little tickle in our throats or stuffiness. That throat tickle or scratchiness is a strong signal that sickness is on the way. Nevertheless, if you choose to try ACV never ever drink it straight! Dilute it with water so that the acidity does not cause any harm to your teeth.

1. Take a large glass and fill the bottom with a small amount of ACV (one teaspoon or two).

2. Dilute the Apple Cider Vinegar by filling the glass to the top with water.

3. Drink two or three glasses a day until all signs of an approaching cold disappear. Sometimes you will find that the very next day you are back to normal! Nonetheless, remember to try this remedy at the outset and when you first feel yourself getting sick.
