The Rogue by Rihanna ad shows the 26-year-old singer in a ‘provocative’ pose unsuitable for children, a British regulatory agency found Wednesday. The news comes two days after RiRi wore next to nothing – just a visible G-string – beneath a glimmering sheer dress at the CFDA Awards in New York City.

In the banned ad, a nearly nude Rihanna leans her back against a door frame, her arms draped across her chest as she gazes seductively at the camera. The 26-year-old’s legs are cocked in the air and her stiletto-clad feet are perched against a massive bottle of the “Where Have You Been” singer’s perfume brand.

A spokesperson from the ASA commented that “It’s not an outright ban, but it’s about placing [the advert] a bit more sensitively,” aka not close to any schools. This entire ruling came down as the result of just one complaint—most likely from one of those over concerned parents–about seeing the poster in a mall.

Do you think the ruling was unfair since it was only one complaint?
