You should practice with your clubs to identify the sweet spot of each, and remember to bring the spot into contact with the ball at the absolute extremity of your downward swing.

The extra protein and calories from your snack will keep your mind sharp and help fend off muscle fatigue, keeping you going all the way through 18 holes.

In order to improve your golf skills, make sure you are standing in a proper position. Your stance is often what determines the distance of your shot. If your slouch goes too far or even not far enough, then your ball isn’t going to get a lot of distance from your shot.

When buying a golf club, you should get one that is custom-fitted for you. Your various dimensions, such as height and weight, will reflect differences in how the club should be shaped. Getting a club that is custom fitted for you will help your swing.

Transfer your weight from your back foot to your front foot by rapidly swinging through your hips after assuming your golf stance. This will increase the power of your swing and the distance the ball will travel.

Instead, focus on finding the set that best meets your needs. After all, when the sport was just starting out, players simply used wooden clubs. Why should you need luxurious titanium now?

Even if you’re in a rush to start golfing on a course, it makes sense to go to a driving range and hit some balls there before you tee off for the first time. Use these practice shots to warm yourself up before a round.
