Black Woman Smile

A beautiful white smile will definitely get you noticed. However, teeth that look unnaturally bright will get some looks too, but for all the wrong reasons. Bleaching nonstop can also cause a painful reaction in the form of sensitivity. How do you fix a smile that has endured too much teeth bleaching?

How does such a problem come about? If you went overboard with the whitening strips, leaving your gums and teeth overly sensitive, or perhaps you made too many trips to the dentist for bleaching-and now have an unnaturally bright smile. Too much of a good thing can be bad, but this problem can fixed as well.

Wynn Okuda, D.M.D., a cosmetic dentist in Honlulu says to take down blindingly white chompers, drink dark liquids like red wine or black coffee to stain your teeth. Okuda confirms, “It sounds nuts, but it works.” For dealing with sensitive teeth( a side effect of bleach), use a toothpaste made for sensitive teeth for a week. A formulated toothpaste for sensitivity can help calm nerve endings.
