It is so important to wash your hair at least once a week to remove all the product and sweat from your hair. This is important because in order to maintain a healthy scalp you need a clean scalp.

If you are anything like me and work out at least 4 times a week, you definitely need to wash your hair. Why?

Sweat has salt in it which can be very drying to your hair. So, make sure you wash your hair to remove this salt from your hair follicles. If you can and have curly hair like myself you can also rinse your hair after work outs and wear it curly, which not only looks great but keeps heat off your hair.
