3 Easy Spring Trends Every Girl Can Rock

3 Easy Spring Trends Every Girl Can Rock

We are living in a time where more and more people want variety and diversity. However, in the fashion realm at times shape, size and even height can dictate which trends will fit a girl’s style for a particular season. Nevertheless, we have noted several trends that transcend style “limitations.” Here are 3 easy spring trends that every girl can rock!

Spring Trends #1Once You Go White… : White couture is an excellent tint for spring and is versatile. The light and airy tint works for day and nighttime looks. Moreover, it can look causal (slacks/maxi dress) or sexy and sophisticated (jumpsuits/tailored jacket/cut-out dress). Moreover, did we mention that white looks amazing on us melanin girls? So go ahead and give this trend shade a try, you might not want to go back to anything else.

Spring Trends #2Throw Lots of Shade: Pretend that you are a cast member of Real Housewives of Atlanta and get to throwing some shade! Okay, we are not referring to verbal shade, we mean the shades known better as sunglasses. This season is all about going big or going home when it comes to sunnies. So do not be afraid to opt for a pair of frames that are a little larger than you would normally wear.

Spring Trends #3 Go Nude: We have to stress we are talking about nail color in this sense (LOL). You will love this nail polish tint because it will easily go with your spring and summer fashions seamlessly due to be a neutral color. Moreover, the right nude nail product will look like you went and got a mani. Can you say, “OMG I’m going to save a few bucks?!” Nevertheless, if clashing nail color is a style fear of yours, then take out the guesswork and go grab yourself a pretty nude nail polish.

2015 Summer Fashion: White Couture

2015 Summer Fashion White Couture3

Amato’s Spring/Summer 2015 line

A fashion classic that never seems to go out of style is white couture. It’s clean, modern and when done correctly can be quite enchanting. White is just not for the Big Day aka weddings and do not believe in the myth that it can be worn only during a certain part of the year. White is a more refined tint but its subtlety can be enhanced through elaborate and intricate design. Feathers, prints, shimmer and sheer cut-outs all can add a more multifaceted angle to this shade without cheapening the overall effect. So then, if you are looking to change things up a bit with your wardrobe consider adding a few pieces in the shade of white.

Daniel Esquivel and Patricia Michaels Show at El Paseo Fashion Week

Daniel Esquivel and Patricia Michaels Show at El Paseo Fashion Week

We are such fashion suckers when it comes to great tailoring or originality. Daniel Esquivel and Patricia Michaels showcased their immense skill-set in each of these areas. First up, let’s talk about Daniel’s beautiful collection that included a black and red color palette with fringe as well as glitzy and twinkling embellishments. One look we wanted to get our stylish paws on was an all white suit that showed off the model’s gorgeous gams. We didn’t know whether to be more jealous of how the wonderful model looked in said white couture or that we did not possess that very ensemble in our closet!

We digress, so moving on, Patricia Michaels was another favorite of the night. Patricia’s show started off with a big splash and carried the momentum all the way through. The models strutted down the catwalk carrying gigantic umbrellas that complemented the trendy Pmwaterlily garb. Some of the pieces that we fell in love incorporated high splits (skirt was made for a goddess), sheer fabrics and 3-d petals. The ovations heard and seen during Michael’s show say it all…one fantastic show!
