Ask and Tell: Meghan Markle in Zimmermann Dress for Fuji Royal Tour
The Verdict: Hello, and thank you for your message! Yes, you are correct, the Duchess is in fact wearing a gown by fashion label, Zimmermann. She is wearing the brand’s Blouson Sleeve Midi Dress. Online we spotted this white couture look ranging in price from $450 to $530.
The difference is however, is that Meghan’s finished look has been customized. The length and fit is altered. That is why it looks different than the original Zimmermann gown you are seeing from the Fall/Winter 2018 collection.
Furthermore, Meghan finished her ensemble with a few key accessories. She toted a Black Straw Clutch by Kaya Anna, fascinator hat by Stephen Jones, Tabitha Simmons ‘Millie’ Slingback Pumps; as well as diamond and pearl earrings which are reportedly a gift from the Queen. Lastly, she exquisitely wore her Tennis Bracelet, first seen on the eve of her Royal Wedding, which is now revealed as a gift being from Prince Charles.
