As a result, cosmetics companies rushed to produce orange makeup to fill the trend’s new demand. One particular brand even created an universally pleasing blush with orange tones that got a mention in a Drake song.

Nevertheless, suddenly the orange color trend disappeared completely from the fashion as well as beauty scene. Things went back to more “usual” and less boisterous shades. However, now it looks like orange is becoming a big beauty star once again.

To honor and recognize the huge successes of the mega songstress, Black Girls Rock 2016 is presenting our favorite badgal, Rihanna, with the Rock Star Award.

For the one of the year’s biggest events celebrating the achievements of black girls, Rihanna dazzled in Miu Miu Fall 2016.
