The shock of music legend Prince’s death has still not completely subsided. Fans and celebrities alike have felt the pain of losing yet another iconic artist way too soon. Instantly names like Whitney Houston, Aaliyah, Tupac and Michael Jackson come to mind. At times such as this, many do choose to pay homage to their favorite unforgettable and historic late singers with music covers, video collages, editorials and artwork. The love shown for Prince has not been any different. For instance, the modeling and fashion industries have been slowly turning out tributes of their very own. Most recently, supermodel Chanel Iman took part in Harper’s Bazaar Serbia June 2016 Prince tribute and it is pretty epic!
Harper’s Bazaar Serbia June 2016 Prince tribute includes several looks that incorporates Prince’s famous and fabulous attire. Think back to those chic hats, sunglasses and intricate shirts as well as jackets. Prince was known for his flamboyant, in your face fashions and Chanel Iman’s editorial does not disappoint. Sorry butt-less chaps were not included but a stunning rendition of Prince’s 1984 smash album cover art for Purple Rain is one of the four sick Harper’s Bazaar Serbia June 2016 Prince tribute covers. Fun Fact: The June 19, 1984 soundtrack release which was a collaboration with Prince’s backing band The Revolution, contained the hits Let’s Go Crazy, When Doves Cry, I Would Die For You and yes, Purple Rain.

Prince’s flashy style and out of this world music can never be duplicated. He was one of a kind. Nevertheless, we felt Harper’s Bazaar did a wonderful job at capturing the essence and grandeur that was Prince. However, don’t just take our word for it, check out the visuals for yourself.
