Get Your Workout In, Outside
With the month of May, usually comes warmer and nicer weather. Naturally, we get the inclination to work out and get into summer shape. However, that doesn’t mean we have to do it in a closed in, stuffy gym. Instead try doing a hike later in the day and enjoy a beautiful May sunset. If possible, go to an area with a higher elevation, which will make the hike more challenging and allow you to burn more calories. You can even take some pictures while you are hiking and capture some new memories. All these great benefits will be yours and you didn’t have to be trapped inside on a boring treadmill.
