There are two types of aging, Intrinsic and Extrinsic. Intrinsic is chronological aging. It is a natural process responsible for 20% of aging. This type can be very difficult to control because it is already determined by genes.

That brings to Extrinsic aging. Extrinsic is influenced by external factors. 80% of premature aging is caused by lifestyle choices. Which means you are still very much in control of what your face will look like. Factors include such things as sun exposure, smoking, repetitive facial expressions, a poor skin regimen as well as an unhealthy diet.
