In a bowl combine coconut oil (moisture) and egg whites (protein) then heat the mixture in the microwave for half a minute. Next, apply the homemade hair mask to your hair and let it sit for 15-20 minutes before rinsing. Shampoo your hair like normal and enjoy your shiny strands!

Weekend Box Office November 7-9, 2014
It was a busy weekend at the box office and money got made! Sci-fi film Interstellar had received much buzz over the last few weeks and even opened at #1 overseas, however, here in the States it had to settle for the number 2 slot raking in $50 million. Gone Girl actually came back up one spot landing at number 3 while the “big cheese” of the weekend ended up being Big Hero 6 which took in over $56 million.
