Congratulations to celebrity fashion stylist Scot Louie! The master behind looks for Ryan Destiny, Lil’ Mama and the sultry Rainy Milo; is the very genius behind this GORGEOUS Keke Palmer VMAs 2019 moment. Palmer stuns in a curve hugging, floor length gown by designer, Yousef Al Jasmi.
Keke Palmer VMAs 2019 -Wearing Yousef Al Jasmi
Yousef Al Jasmi is famous for his high profile dresses. Every one who is anyone in the realm of celebrity is a fan of the luxury label. A few ladies who have been spotted in a Yousef design include: Cardi B, Paris Hilton, Mariah Carey, the Kardashian clan as well as the Lady Gaga.
Therefore, Scot Louie trusting Al Jasmi with Keke’s MTV Awards look is a no brainer. Palmer’s sparkling gold crystal gown is a breathtaking piece of work. It does not take much to see how much attention to detail; as well as man hours went into such a piece.
All the work was worth it; because Keke is certainly on of the best dressed looks for the 2019 VMAs. Furthermore, the reason we have such excitement for Scot Louie; is because this was his first VMAs styling! Louie’s resume is BEYOND long; nevertheless, to be a first timer stylist getting a celeb ready for the Video Music Awards; he absolutely killed it!
From the dress to the accessories, everything is a win. Scot finished off Keke’s MTV Video Music Awards ensemble with a couple key accessories. A dazzling gold phone handbag by Judith Leiber as well as jewels by David Yurman. Just a beautiful outfit for one beautiful talented girl! Catch Keke in the upcoming Hustlers movie starring Jennifer Lopez, Cardi B and Lizzo.

VMAs 2017: Teyana Taylor Channels Janet Jackson-And Explains Why!
That’s the way her love goes. So did you catch it? Teyana Taylor channels Janet Jackson while attending the VMAs 2017 show looking a snack! TT had Ms. Jackson down right down to the fabulous abs. Nevertheless, for Teyana this look had way more significance than just being an epic, fab couture moment.
VMAs 2017: Teyana Taylor Channels Janet Jackson-And Explains Why
So why dress like Janet Jackon? Teyana answers the burning question of the night stating,
“Honored to receive the same award as my idol, Janet Jackson! Anyone that follows me knows I Stan for her. I chose this look because of Janet’s mindfulness of making a statement.
My ups and downs have been publicized since 15 and “underrated” was the word I chose to sum up how often all the work I put in is overlooked. Nothing personal just something for me to know I’m headed in the right direction! I named my first album “VII” because my mom always talked about it as the number of completion; and with my career, it took 7 years of working my ass off to finally get my album out and have people take me seriously as an artist, a woman.
It’s so easy for others to judge and criticize when they really don’t understand your journey. One who hasn’t experienced it, could never really understand the emotional roller coaster of an artist that’s so passionate about their work. That’s why I continuously strive to go harder everyday.
So I just want to give a HUGE thank you to the VMAs. As well as my supporters, Team Teyana [and] Neutch Nation. Who have been loyal to me since day 1! I love you guys dearly!”

2017 VMAs Fashion Recap – Our TOP 6 Looks of the Night
There were only six top looks of the night for the 2017 VMAs? In our very humble opinion… yes. The carpet was a bit of a bore and many of the fashions seen just did not grab us.
Now of course, this could of been because many of music’s heavy hitters were no where to be found. For instance, Look left and Beyonce, Blue, the Twins as well as Jay Z are clearly MIA. Look right and Rihanna is a no show. Heck, even a Kanye 80 minute speech became less likely to be seen than a leprechaun at the end of a rainbow.
Nevertheless, six celebs did fashionably bring it and we salute their couture essence. Who made our list? Might just be a few of your favorites too!

Halle Berry Slays MTV Movie Awards 2016 in LBD
When it comes to style Halle Berry can do no wrong! Halle recently broke social media by starting a personal twitter and Instagram account. Fans loved her aesthetic for the gram, but kept requesting that Berry show her lovely face instead of just nature shots. This past Saturday Halle Berry definitely gave the people what they wanted and then some. The insanely beautiful actress decided to shut down the red carpet at the MTV Movie Awards 2016 in a sexy LBD (little black dress). Halle Berry looked absolutely fabulous in a Noam Hanoch dress with jewels (rings) by Sylva and Cie. The cut-out and lace details highlighted Berry’s killer bod and shape.
Black was definitely a trend at the MTV Movie Awards 2016. Several other actresses and models wore the classic tint as well. We spotted Nischelle Turner in a black Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit accessorized with shoes by Giuseppe Zanotti.
Halle Berry wasn’t the only one looking good and feeling good at the MTV Movie Awards 2016 ceremony. Queen Latifah, Will Smith (sons Trey and Jaden too), The Rock, Tyrese Gibson and Kevin Hart were all having good times. Hart and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson were on hosting duty for the show. While Queen Latifah and Halle Berry presented Will Smith with the Generation award. Smith was honored for his outstanding television and film career as well as activism for diversity in Hollywood.
Hair Notes: As of late, Berry has had several spottings without her signature crop cut. Although we absolutely love her with next to no hair, we are loving her blonde highlighted tresses right now! The color and length is a refreshing look for Halle.
