Versace SS18 Runway Show-Naomi, Cindy, Carla, Claudia and Helena Reunite!

Now this is a fashion moment! Naomi, Cindy, Claudia, Carla and Helena all reunited on the catwalk amid fashion week! During the Versace SS18 runway show, Donatella presented a tribute honoring the great Gianni Versace as well as the luxurious fashion house itself. Therefore, what was the surprise? The designer brought back a few of the most iconic supermodels ever associated with the Versace family.

First, designer Tom Ford showcases a collection reminiscent of “Dynasty” and 80s couture trends; and now, the supermodels who most likely rocked such looks originally are back on the runway! The Verdict: We have to concur with you, Jourdan Dunn’s dress is very lovely! For the 2017 amFAR Milano Gala Miss Dunn wore a floor length, graphic print dress by Naeem Khan. The look is from the Naeem Khan Fall 2017 RTW (ready to wear) collection.

Furthermore, we also love the way Jourdan styled her gorgeous gown. For instance, the model who originally wore the ensemble down the runway incorporated a stacked pearl necklace as well as long, chandelier earrings. The result is in fact beautiful, but as they always say less can so much more. The minimal use of accessories as seen on Dunn allows all focus to remain the gown which was exquisitely designed.

What is extremely noticeable right off the bat is a distinct deviation from the current mainstream look. Forget intense contour, cake face, heavy drawn on brows or boisterous eyeshadows tones. Thus far, Fenty Beauty appears rather “au natural.”

Literally, one of the only 2017 makeup trends we saw within any of the images seem to be highlighter as well as metallics. Then again, when was the last time anyone said that Rihanna’s makeup looked “so piled on and just like everyone else?” Therefore, it is a very nice departure that Rih is staying true to herself and designing her collection based on how she likes her own makeup to look.

Furthermore, one of the things we also adore when it comes to this sneak peek is the range of skin tones. Rih addresses girls from light to deep. At times certain shades in the spectrum get ignored. However, by the looks of things Rihanna is keeping girls of all colors close in mind.
