Shaggy hair can look very groovy baby, yeah! Marc Jacobs models for his spring 2015 runway show sported very care-free shaggy bobs. Their locks had a very retro vibe as if the models could of been walking through a time machine from the 60’s and 70’s. Punk style has definitely seen a rival in recent years and it even made us think back to the punk inspired Met ball not so long ago.
Nevertheless, would you believe that the Marc Jacobs models wore wigs to achieve their Joey Ramone-esqe bowl cut hairstyles? Before the show the wigs had been dyed jet black and then hairstylists custom fitted the wigs to the model’s heads. Wigs are an excellent way to achieve styles quickly or that may be harmful to your real hair. This show emphasizes that when made and fitted correctly wigs can make a powerful statement just as much as the fashions they accompany.

If you love for your eyes to have some razzle and dazzle then this beauty look is just for you! The Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2015 Ready-to-Wear runway show had models showcasing really cool pixie eye makeup. Makeup artist, Tom Pecheux, dusted and sprinkled black glitter below the bottom lashes of the model’s eyes. The look served to mimic mascara or eyeliner that had been smudged due to lounging poolside, having been slept in or a late night on the town dancing the night away. The ending look is care-free but to us still looks more like perfection than a smudged hot mess.
Get the Look: Here are a few tips to keep in mind to make this pixie look your very own. Pecheux kept the skin under the eyes free of powder and product which allowed the skin’s natural oils to catch the glitter for true lasting power and a stronger effect.
Hair went to all time low (in a good way of course) for the Valentino autumn/winter collection for 2014. Hair was gathered into low ponytails then fashioned into a modern plait by using elastics. This simple addition gave the tails a fresh, youthful vibe.
