We are crowning our weekly hair goddess and hands down it is Rihanna! We loved her super sleek side-swept ponytail that had length for days. Side Note: As our previous post mentioned Rihanna slayed in a gown by Zac Posen but can we also give it up one time for the necklace? Riri’s gleaming accessory came courtesy of Chopard jewelry.

Hair went to all time low (in a good way of course) for the Valentino autumn/winter collection for 2014. Hair was gathered into low ponytails then fashioned into a modern plait by using elastics. This simple addition gave the tails a fresh, youthful vibe.

Hair that looks very ‘no fuss’ and ‘I literally just rolled out of the sack’ is trending for winter 2014. One of our favorites is slightly wavy locks that have a bohemian feel to them. This look as seen on supermodel, Joan Smalls, was spotted during runway shows for Chloe, Gucci and Burberry.
Take things up a few notches by making over a few classic hairstyles. This winter, style in the hair world is all about tresses with major drama but with a refined touch. Classics can be re-visioned by adding more volume or length yet maintain a sophisticated edge. Therefore, get into the season because tis is the time to be bold!
If you haven’t had a chance to read our previous post on how Argan oil can help you grow your hair you will definitely want to go back and check it out. We listed several benefits of Argan oil and why exactly its great for your tresses. In this part of this little hair mini series we will show you how easy it is to make your own Argan oil hair mask at home. It’s so easy even a cave woman could do it…
First, here is a very short shopping list of ingredients that you will need in order to make the mask:
Argan Oil (4 tsp)
Honey (2 tsp)
Peppermint Essential Oil (3 drops)
Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tsp)
Epsom Salt ( 2 tsp)
Coconut Oil (4 tsp)
Okay, now that you have all the ingredients it is time to create the mask. As you noticed next to each item we listed how much of each ingredient you would need to complete the mask. In a small bottle combine all of the ingredients and then shake vigorously to blend them together. Run hot water from a facet and place bottle under the spout for 20 seconds to encourage the ingredients to blend even more.
When you are ready to apply your homemade product focus placing the bottled oil on your roots as well as ends. Wrap hair in saran wrap or place in a plastic shower cap and allow the oil to sit on the hair for half an hour. Once 30 minutes is up, rinse hair thoroughly and the process is complete.
Did You Know?.. Peppermint Essential oil increases oxygen, improves blood circulation and stimulates hair follicles to grow.
