Ok this girl is bad. Binx Walton has rose to Supermodel status pretty fast and in a hurry these past few years and you can see why. Binx always delivers she has this feminine yet androgynous vibe about her that makes you want more. This ad is no exception. Model Binx Walton For Vera Wang F/W 2015 is stellar. For a model to be able to do a side profile shot while wearing sunglasses yet still able to project so much emotion is phenominal.
London has been set ablaze with fiery hot menswear fashion shows. Besides all of the male eye candy the couture is getting us just as warm under our stylish collars. The Nasir Mazhar Autumn/Winter 2015 collection gave us a slight late 90’s vibe when hip hop artists were wearing those puffed up, shiny ensembles. If you don’t remember or were not alive slide on over to google and look up Diddy as well as Mase then get back to us. The fashions were very bold and in your face, so if your man loves to be seen he will love this collection. One of our favorite pieces from the collection were a pair of green and black sporty looking pants. They looked comfy but had really neat panel detailing that gave them a cool flair.
Drop a mean looking outfit as temperatures outside continue to drop low. That may have just sounded like the hardest album in 2014 about to hit the music scene, but we’re firm believers that the right jeans can go just as hard. When it comes to denim always remember that style is just as important as the right fit.
We have loved all the ripped jeans we have spotted from the runway to the streets. They were apart of the Triton 2014 Winter Womens Runway Collection during Brazil Fashion Week and a pair were seen on supermodel Joan Smalls while walking the streets of Paris. With the ripped jean style you can be more conservative with just a few slight rights or go very bold with huge holes and shreds. Complete an outfit by pairing them with a slouchy tee-shirt, sweater/sweatshirt, leather jacket and heels or boots.
When it’s cold layering is essential to keeping warm and being able to easily remove clothing if things get a little too hot for your liking. There is often the common thought if you layer too much of the same item things can tend to look a little funny and not in a good way. However, if done right layering a full outfit with denim or leather on leather (shown) can be cool, chic and very modern.
Besides a stylish winter coat, what you wear underneath is just as important. At some point, you will have to reemerge from the fashion safety of a trench or leather coat and have to reveal yourself. In the way of tops you should invest in a few turtle neck style shirts. They will keep you warm and also look modern as well as sophisticated. Nevertheless, thanks to their simplicity they can be easily paired with a nice pant or skirt.
Stay warm during the upcoming cool-down by incorporating furry details into your couture looks. We’re fans of fur coats, vests, gloves and even hats. These little details make the simplest outfit (i.e. jeans and top) transform into a hot style commodity. You’ll add a certain “je ne sais quoi” to your ensembles that will surely get heads turning and the fashion obsessed talking…in a good way of course!
Style Tip: Winter colors tend to be quite drab and dark, keep your couture more spirited by adding pops of color.
If you ever find yourself having a bad hair day usually a hat is the way to go. Not only can they hide the unruly strands beneath, but can make a strong style statement in the process. We loved the wide brim hats that were seen during the Christain Siriano fashion show for his fall/winter 2014 collection. The models looked sleek, modern and oh so demure! If you do not mind bringing straight drama to your ensemble then this style of hat should definitely be added to this season’s wardrobe.
