Beauty Quickie: Mascara and liquid eyeliner should be laid to rest after 3-4 months. Nevertheless, your entire makeup collection should be cleaned out at least once a year to remove any old products. Bacteria could be lurking in older cosmetic products and need to be thrown out. Even if there is some product left in the bottles, tubes or compacts it is better to just say goodbye. Skin irritation or breakouts are just not worth the risk.
Are you bored with your darker eyeliner color choices? Well, this season you can put those away because a new tint is taking center stage. As seen on the insanely gorgeous Liya Kebede during the Dior presentation for Fall 2014-2015 white eyeliner can give the face an angelic, other-worldly touch. Note that the look is created with a very natural makeup look overall, the only other bold or emphasized area of the face would be the brows.
