A lack of sleep will literally age you quicker than you are naturally supposed to age. If that is not scary enough you must remember that sleep is a time for the skin to repair, restore and re-balance. Therefore, get your rest to maintain a youthful appearance.

We have loved all the ripped jeans we have spotted from the runway to the streets. They were apart of the Triton 2014 Winter Womens Runway Collection during Brazil Fashion Week and a pair were seen on supermodel Joan Smalls while walking the streets of Paris. With the ripped jean style you can be more conservative with just a few slight rights or go very bold with huge holes and shreds. Complete an outfit by pairing them with a slouchy tee-shirt, sweater/sweatshirt, leather jacket and heels or boots.
