Eggs Are Not Just for Breakfast Anymore

Okay this may sound a little bit weird but when you reach for that carton of eggs in the refrigerator it won’t be to prepare breakfast, it will be to prepare your hair to get healthy. That’s right, raw eggs are good for your hair. Take a few eggs, depending on how much hair you have, whisk them up slightly and add a little olive oil to thicken, then rub the mixture onto your hair and scalp. In order to keep the mess to a minimum you may want to try this while you’re in the shower. Massage it in well so it will have time to really go to work on your hair. After that, wash your hair as normal. Because eggs are so rich in protein they can revitalize your hair, making it strong and healthy.
