Shes’ moving on up to the east side. She finally got a piece of the pie! No, Zendaya Coleman is not going to be on a revival of Good Times. The Disney star is all set for her role in the upcoming Spidey movie. Marvel has kept a pretty tight lid on things and all the secrecy has only heightened anticipation for the film. Until now, even the character Coleman had been casted to play almost seemed like a phantom. Nevertheless, Marvel fans unite, the Zendaya Spiderman Homecoming Character is finally revealed!
Zendaya Spiderman Homecoming Character Finally Revealed
For months, the only news surrounding Spiderman was the fact he was going to make an appearance in Captain America. The trailer had fans salivating immediately. However, time rolled on and lips stayed sealed. Even worse Cap’s newest film came and went.
Fast forward to the comics heaven known as Comic Con. If any information was going to slip out it would have to be said here. The convention did not disappoint as the Zendaya Spiderman Homecoming Character name finally came to light.
Spiderman Homecoming Cast
Zendaya will be playing (drumroll please) Michelle Gonzales! Since Spidey’s character will be a high school student the Michelle Gonzales character will need to be reworked a little. Basically, changed from an adult into a teen.
We are excited to see how the Zendaya Spiderman Homecoming character and the film itself will come together. Marvel has put together quite the cast that everyone is loving. The last Spidey films failed to surpass the work of old school Tobey Maguire. Therefore, we can be confident that Marvel will pull out all the stops. Zendaya is pretty stoked too she said,
“Couldn’t be more thankful and excited to be on this journey with these people… love y’all!”
