You Can Still Look Good Even When You’re Sick
When you are feeling under the weather, the last thing you want to do is a full on makeup regimen. However, that doesn’t mean you can just go on your way and not give any attention to your appearance. First of all don’t give up on your facial cleansing and moisturizing. Not only will it give your skin a boost but it will also help protect it against all those tissues you will be rubbing on your face. Speaking of tissues be sure to use a brand that is soft, perhaps even using the ones that come with lotion already in them. Your nose will be less irritated. Finally, to avoid having red or puffy eyes, sleep with your head elevated higher than you normally would. This will help drain the fluids from your face. Once you take care of these basics then you can just apply a light amount of makeup and not have to worry about covering up all the side effects of feeling ill.
