Ciara continues to show one and all how to Level Up. The songstress who is currently on tour with Bruno Mars recently took to social media in order to reveal her latest cover. Furthermore, King Kong was just as excited to share the good news and promote their newest cover star. Regarding why they chose Ciara and the release of Issue 6 the edgy journal states,

For one, Selah Marley Covers 10 Magazine Rebel Heart Edition (Issue 59) and is releasing new music that is apart of the R&B realm. Being the offspring of the one and only, Lauryn Hill, many in the industry have felt like music had to be on the way. Looks like all predictions and indictions are coming to fruition. Right now the budding model and songstress is promoting her newest single, Breathe. What a busy young woman!

So then, what makes someone a Rebel Heart? Also, why was the wonderful and fashionable Selah chosen to be 10 Magazine’s cover girl?
