On The Runway: Powder puff girls gone wild was the scene of this show. You can’t help but join in the fun at the Blonds runway show. It’s over the top, outlandish, bold and borderline bonkers but we love it. The Blonds don’t care, they go to the beat of their own drum. So if you like a lot of metallic, glitter and bustiers you’ve come to the right show.

On The Runway: Classy looks, classic suits, sharply tailored separates defines a powerful women and Maxwell spared know expense. The collection was so sexy and sultry that it shows showing less can be oh so attractive.

On The Runway: Serena Williams can’t be stopped, beat or held down. She has her hands in so many different avenues and is a pro at them all. We just love her Signature Statement by HSN S/S 2016 collection. It has a very fun, relaxed feel to it that of course any athlete could wear and feel comfortable in and your everyday woman.

On The Runway: Spring 2016 Ready-to-Wear Vera Wang has some bite to it. The looks were very sporty this season with a sort of dark mysterious classiness to it. It was truly a great combination. Paired with the strong fringe bang Vera was able to put a together a complete look that is young, now and hip.

On The Runway: I’m not sure if Tommy Hilfiger is still trying to get on our good side with the black community, but I will say that this collection is a good step in the right direction. I have never seen him use so many models of color that it’s quite shocking. The collection was great and a bit different from what we usually see from Mr. Hilfiger. The vibe was quite Jamaican, safari islander girl. The crochet pieces with the use of ethnic prints and colors were spectacular yet still had the refinement of a true Hilfiger collection. Bravo!!
Loving the Waist-Length French Braids at the Spring 2016 Ready-to-Wear Mara Hoffman runway show. This is such an easy look to achieve either with your own tresses or with Marley hair to add extra length. French braids look so classic and chic and better yet it’s a great protective hairstyle. So follow the instructions from these videos and take inspiration from Mara Hoffman’s show so that you too can have the look from the runway.

On The Runway: Diane von Furstenberg called her show Fortvna, after the Roman goddess of luck and the subject of the first painting Von Furstenberg ever bought. The verdict, we love it! Diane is on fire right now, her hit TV show is back on and her Spring/Summer 2016 collection shows why this woman is so successful. She understands woman, what we feel comfortable in and how to show off our best assets. Plus with the 40th anniversary of her iconic wrap dress we should all look to Diane since she knows about longevity, hard-work and perseverance.

On The Runway: Love the Spring 2016 Ready-to-Wear Prabal Gurung collection. The models looked like beautiful cooper jeweled toned goddesses. There was a great flow to every piece. The collection took its inspiration from Nepal. This was made clear in the choice of fabrics and textures. The orange and yellow powder hues warmed up the runway with chiffon, cascading down taking your breath away.

On The Runway: This collection is all about business. A career driven woman who is the head of her company or making waves in the corporate world should flock to this. Its simple and chic with just enough detail that makes you feel like an individual yet still confident in showing your famine side in the office.

Models Who Walked the Show: Aamito Lagum, Maria Borges, Leomie Anderson, Marihenny Rivera, Herieth Paul and Yasmin Warsame
On The Runway: Artisan flare with eccentric menswear touch. Stripes, trousers and very loose fitting silhouettes which made since because their muse was the pioneering Australian visual artist Fiona Hall. And another running theme we keep seeing on the runway is effortless hair pulled back into messy low bun or hair slicked down pushed off the face.
