According to Mary, the “Dry Gold” collection tells a story of a “fashionable African woman in her middle 20s that has been to the big city and has experienced the fashion, fame and glamour. And this Summer she decided to go back to her hometown and enjoy the Summer in the wild. She stays glamorous while acquainting with nature.”

Mohair South Africa have used the Design Indaba 2014 platform to form partnerships with innovative designers such as Laduma Ngxokolo and SilverSpoon. This is a recent lookbook featuring some of their looks that were shot by photographer Amy Scheepers at the Karoo in South Africa.”

Kerry Glanfield is the Creative Director of Nyumbani design, a lifestyle and home-ware company inspired by colors of the Swahili coast. In 2010 she founded Nyambani (Kiswahili for home) and has continued to make her voice heard among the fashion community as well.
