Beauty Quickie: Combine two tablespoons of yogurt with 4-5 drops of lemon juice then apply the mixture to the skin. Allow yogurt mix to remain on the skin for half an hour before rinsing with lukewarm water. When this beauty routine is done regularly discoloration can be undone thanks to yogurts mild bleaching properties.

Beauty Quickie: Sleep and rest is the body’s way of resetting itself both physically and mentally. Therefore, getting enough shut eye on a daily basis is essential to maintaining your health. However, some nights sleep will be easy and others it will seem like it is deluding you. Help your body doze off by eating a handful of cherries an hour before bedtime or drinking cherry juice in the morning and evening. Cherries contains the hormone known as melatonin which helps put you to sleep.
Beauty Quickie: Dairy and sugar do not need to be completely stricken from your diet, but they should be kept to a limit. Starchy carbs, sugar and dairy all have something in common that can wreck havoc on skin. All three can cause spikes in hormones that in response cause acne. Experiment with how much dairy and sugar your body can handle without causing a breakout. If you love carbs (we know we do) stick to whole grains or fruits that have natural sugars.
