Zoe has been keeping busy with 3 new films, touring with her band and oh yeah, posing it out in major magazines! For her latest spread found in the June 2015 edition of GQ Zoe looks like a spitting image of her famous mother Lisa Bonet. Nevertheless, it is not her appearance that she wants the focus to be on, its more of her artistry and the stark change that has occurred in Hollywood. She says,

“It’s interesting that we’ve come to a place where people are expected to just do one thing… You used to have to be a triple threat to make it in Hollywood. Think about Gene Kelly and everyone. You used to have to sing, you used to have to dance. You were an entertainer.”

We have to agree with Zoe’s thoughts on Tinseltown, it does seem like the idea of being a triple threat died off many decades ago. Kravitz is taking everything in stride and just enjoying life as well as her latest projects. We are fans of Ghanaian stylist Edward Enninful and we were delighted to see his latest work for W magazine. In the June 2015 edition, Enninful got to dress up the beautiful Jourdan Dunn for an editorial showcasing fashions we can’t wait to rock once the heat wave ends. Many of the season’s trends seem to spill on over i.e. stripes, florals and patchwork pants. Moreover, are we the only ones that are absolutely in love with those globe earrings? The entire editorial is simply genius and had an all star team to boot. Hair and makeup were handled by Shon Hyungsun Ju as well as Frankie Boyd and the shoot was lensed by Alasdair McLellan.

Fashion is truly an art and can convey strong emotions and the beauty behind the simplest or most intricate design. Wanted magazine’s editorial for June 2015 is a masterpiece of glamour and sophistication. Lucyanne Botham who did both the hair and makeup for the models created drama with bold makeup shades and the use of unusual accessories. The editorial was lensed by photographer Kevin Macintosh while in South Africa.
