If you are wondering if Simone Biles is staying in shape for a possible run at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. Then wonder no more! The most decorated gymnast in history took to social media looking toned and relaxed in throwback swimwear from the Paris summer games. Simone Biles also revealed a new home purchase in Chicago with her NFL husband, Jonathan Owens.
Owens is a professional football safety for the Chicago Bears. Jonathan was snagged up by the Bears organization last year right before Biles was set to go to Paris and compete for more gold medals. Not only was Jonathan given permission to miss a few team activities in order to support his wife in France; but Simone did indeed come home with more gold hardware; and now it looks like the jet-setting couple will be making themselves more at home in Chicago.
According to Realtor.com,
“The 28-year-old athlete revealed that she and her husband, Jonathan Owens, have found themselves a new abode in Chicago, where the NFL player is set to start his second season with the Chicago Bears later this year.
In a post shared on her Instagram Stories, Biles—who owns two properties in Texas—revealed that the couple was busy shopping for new cars for their Chicago home… although she revealed no other details about the property itself.”
So then, although the successful, athletic pair now own property in Chicago; this does not mean they will give up their dream home(s) down in Texas. As Realtor went on to add,
“The couple has spent more than a year building their dream lakefront home from scratch, with the gymnast regularly sharing progress updates on her Instagram. The home has also been shown on the Netflix series ‘Simone Biles Rising,’ which documented her return to the sport after she withdrew from the 2020 Olympics.
In the series, Biles and Owens are seen checking in on progress at their home, with the former admitting it felt “surreal” to see it come to life.”

She is in Hong Kong speaking to young athletes at UBS’s 28th Asian Investment Conference. The swimwear piece in question appears to be from the SKIMS x Team U.S.A. collection, designed for the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Biles is always thrilled to mentor and inspire others to athletic excellence and that’s exactly what she is currently doing. Yahoo Sports reports, “Biles traveled to Hong Kong to give a speech at UBS’s 28th Asian Investment Conference, where she addressed 600 promising athletes from community sports organizations and gymnastics clubs in the city, per Sportskeeda. She also spoke with attendees about her sporting journey, per the outlet.” Go Simone!
