So what does Oprah think of all this President talk? In the March edition Oprah tells Instyle, “I’ve always felt very secure and confident with myself in knowing what I could do; and what I could not. And so it’s not something that interests me. I don’t have the DNA for it.”
A very open and honest observation. Nevertheless, how does everyone else feel? Here’s a few thoughts on what people are saying about an Oprah presidency as well as her new InStyle cover!
“Love you Oprah.”
“Time is up.”
“Yes, yes, yes.”
“[Her]speech was iconic.”
“Go for it.”
“She is the queen! Makes me so sad to think of what she went through when she was a child. Glad to see how she overcame it and got to the stage she is now. I adore and admire this woman who helps so many people. She is a role model.”
“Women in hourly positions who have jobs, but not the power and privilege are hostage to sexual-harassment because we can’t afford to speak out. Entertainment and media celebrities should remember that for each one of them there maybe 10 of us. We can’t wait much longer, and times up.”
“Loved. Or running?? I hope running! We need change!”
“Beautiful pics in style magazine.”
“I’m dying this is so freaking good.”
“Oprah for president.”
