Who you gonna call? If you have an issue with Casper then it’s the Ghostbusters. However, if it’s fashion related you better hit up a designer genius! That’s exactly what happened this week. When no one else would answer the call, actress Leslie Jones called Christian Siriano to help a sista out at the Ghostbusters premiere.
Leslie Jones Called Christian Siriano Ghostbusters Premiere
Leslie Jones overcame a girl’s worst nightmare. Having absolutely nothing to wear! The biggest premiere of Jones’ career and not one single designer would dress her.
Consequently, Leslie voiced the issue loud and clear. In the very movie Leslie stars in (Ghostbusters) people call on her character for help. Ironically, now it was Leslie’s turn to do the same. Would anyone answer before time ran out?
Christian Siriano Saves the Day!
Project Runway’s breakout star, Christian Siriano, is the hero in this dramatic and voguish story! On the show Christain became known for his speedy hands. He could quickly bang out an exquisite design that look liked it took days.
Nevertheless, that speed came in handy. Siriano dressed Jennifer Hudson for Ciara’s wedding this week while juggling his own wedding plans! Plus, he still needed to get Jones ready for the premiere. Yet, Christian got it all done and Leslie transformed into a sassy Lady in Red!
The Ensemble
That dress though! Christian Siriano shut it down with a red off the shoulder dress with high thigh split. The gown is sexy without being vulgar. Sophisticated, sultry, luxurious and flirty are a few more adjectives that came to mind.
This is a dress that girls and women would want to get their hands on. Furthermore, it proves that women of all shapes and sizes can look Hollywood glam! Thanks for showing the industry a thing or two Christian.
