If you are like us then you probably need plenty of motivation at times in order to put down the cookie and stay on track. Nevertheless, what if we told you it is possible to indulge in the foods you crave and still lose weight? Impossible? Sound better than a Disney fairytale? Alright, Miss Winfrey we are listening! Winfrey is busy promoting her new cook book, Food, Health and Happiness, and is featured on the cover of Weight Watchers magazine. Winfrey who is also a spokeswoman for the brand has been steadily dropping pounds thanks to using their proven system.

Nevertheless, here is the kicker. Winfrey openly admits to indulging in her favorite foods… and often. She says friends see her eating various things and are surprised she eats them knowing she’s apart of the Weight Watchers club. However, Oprah has revealed it took a little mind over matter to achieve her 42 pound weight loss. She says,





“Intention is the most powerful principle that rules my world. I do nothing without first thinking about why I’m doing it. What is the real motivation? … What I’ve learned is ….Weight Watchers isn’t a diet, it’s a support system … so I know I’ll be doing it for the rest of my life. I feel healthier, more alive and more connected then I’ve ever been.”

So then, what are your intentions? What is truly your motivation? You can achieve your fitness goals and it does not matter what is your age. Oprah is 62 and still killing the game!

Therefore, you are behind the fitness wheel. Its not about eating bland foods for the rest of your life it is about being balanced. Be motivated to make real changes for you and you only then watch what happens.
