To get a cool blue eyeshadow effect, take a credit card and hold it under your eye from the outer corner of your eye to the end of your eyebrow. Next, swipe your blue eyeshadow color of choice across your lids ending at the card. By doing this, the end result will resemble a nice half moon effect.
