Adele and Drake Flirt With Collaboration2

Oh the sweet seduction of two artists dancing around with the idea of entering the studio together. Adele and Drake why don’t you both just behave! Nevertheless, what has got the rumor mill churning with the waves of collaboration talk anyway?

To make a long story short, a recent interview containing key remarks from Adele and Drake’s IG. First, let’s start with what Adele has been chattering about lately. Go ahead and grab your tea ladies!

In a recent interview Adele admitted to being a huge Drake fan and even loving Hotline Bling so much she ordered a piece of Drake’s fashions. Adele said,

“I really want us to do an official remix. I love Drake. I love Drake so much I even got the coat that’s in the video- I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one.”

Many have been discussing the opening number to the AMAs last night that included a homage to Drake’s epic Hotline Bling moves. However, Adele seems to have some moves of her very own when it comes to Drake’s song. Adele also mentioned,

“I had a drink like three weeks ago [with] my best friends- in fact, it was to celebrate ‘Hello’ – and I was off my face because I don’t really drink anymore, and they’ve got video of me dancing to it on a coffee table as well.”

So then, it is pretty clear that Adele wouldn’t mind adding her soulful vocals to Drake’s big hit ASAP. Drake himself seems to fancy the British singer as well by taking to IG and posting a picture of the pair together… kinda. The photo is a cartoonist drawing of both Drake and Adele picturing Drake in his outfit from Hotline Bling and Adele in her fur she wears in her Hello video. Along with the pic Drake attached the comment, “Me and my main ting just coolin.”

Adele and Drake Flirt With Collaboration

For now it seems as though both artists are teasing us with the thought of collaboration but to us it is not a bad thing to toy with necessarily. Both artists create music that will have you crying over spilled milk from the 2nd grade and that one boy or girl who you dated that hurt you that one time on the black top but wasn’t actually your girlfriend or boyfriend. We are giving the green light to this project and hope the two link up soon!
