Wash Your Hands of the Matter
We may not give it much thought because we just do it naturally, but washing our hands regularly is actually an important beauty tip. Much like our facial skin, the skin on our hands is delicate too and should be treated accordingly. If we don’t take care of our hands they can begin to show our age, through age spots and wrinkles, just like our face does. Therefore, take time to wash your hands to avoid bacteria and germs that can get under the nails and cause infections.
Take the time to exfoliate your hands, just as you would your face, to get rid of dead skin cells and remove product buildup. And of course always wash your hands after using the bathroom, before cooking, after sneezing/coughing, etc. Regular hand washing can lead to youthful and smooth hands.
