Prince Harry and his wife former Suits actress, Meghan Markle, welcomed their no doubt adorable royal baby in the wee hours of May 6, 2019. The official announcement from the pair in regards to the birth occurred not long after. Harry and Meghan just weeks prior had opened up a new Instagram page allowing their millions of fans and admirers to get an inside look into their life and charitable acts.

Their new social media page proved to be the perfect vehicle to herald news about the arrival of their new bundle of joy. As soon as Baby Sussex officially came into the world the page stated:

“We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn in the early morning May 6, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs 3oz.

The Duchess and Baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives.”

Speaking of excitement and support; as soon as news of the royal baby hit the story broke the Internet in minutes! It instantly became the number one trending subject on Twitter; with hashtags: royal baby, Meghan, and Prince Harry at the top of the search.

Furthermore, the royal couple’s posting to Instagram didn’t do too shabby either. In 15 minutes the post had garnered a half of million likes. Reaching over 1.2 million likes in just an hour. Nevertheless, this IG popularity is normal for Meg and Harry being that they broke the record for fastest account to gain a million followers.

Therefore, it looks like the royal family frenzy shall continue. Prince Harry and Meghan via their Instagram page promise more baby updates soon. So then, we are confident that an awesome photo op of their baby son shall be popping up in the near future!

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in spring of 2019.

Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May; and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public.”

Oh our ovaries! This beautiful news comes right on the heels of royal wedding 2018 number two with the stunning Princess Eugenie. Therefore, Kensington Palace certainly has much to celebrate; as this will be Prince Harry and the Duchess’ first child together.

Just for baby kicks and giggles, we thought it would be fashionably fun to highlight the looks that well… sort of gave Meghan away (LOL). As much as a celebrity may try to hide a cute little bump, the masses can ALWAYS read between the “she looks preg” lines.

Let’s start with a real fun one… the old just toss a folder over the bump trick. Subtle… kind of, sort of.

Here’s another favorite, the ruffle dress. We loved this color on her and how she tried to throw everyone off by drawing our eyes to the dresses design.

Word on the royal street is that the Duke and Duchess just made their bundle of joy known this past weekend. The couple shared the baby news with family/friends in attendance for Princess Eugenie’s wedding. Too cute.
