The 2016 Gala Spa Awards were held in Germany on April 2, 2016. Campbell looked absolutely breath-taking to accept her well-deserved award. For the event, Naomi chose to go vintage. She wore a glamorous 1989 Pierre Cardin black lace haute couture gown. Her floor-length dress had much sex appeal due to a side split and see-through lace detailing.
