This time of year everyone is out and about trying to get that last bit of weight off, before you have to start showing some skin because it’s blazing outside.

A sure way to torch some calories is to do a marathon. Now let’s be honest we all can’t just jump up and say we are going to commit to a full marathon because that is some hard work. So why not start off with a half marathon which is something to still brag about. Just think a half a marathon is: 13.1 miles, 21.08km, 21,082 meters, 23,056 yards, 26,200 steps, 69,168 feet and 830,016 inches. Wow I know. So go and sign up at one of your local marathons, have fun and run like the wind.
