Editors Diary RePleat

Dear Diary,

Okay so today I will make this short and sweet…I love pleats and as much as the tomboy in me hates to admit it I’m falling in love with the color pink. I know, I know please do not make me renounce my tomboy card (HaHa). I haven’t completely changed I’m just morphing like fine wine…things are only getting better.

Nevertheless, it is really no surprise as to why I love both of these cute fashion details. My mother’s favorite shade is pink and my aunt used to wear some killer pleated couture. I guess it is just a matter of following in the footsteps of some of the people or in this case women that I admire most. Nevertheless, to complete my pleat and pink ensemble I added in some fragrance and rhinestones. Fragrance helps set the mood making you instantly feel sassier, girlier and dare I say sophisticated? Moreover, who does not like to follow the words of RiRi and “shine bright like a diamond?” Bling is a girl’s best friend and should be worn freely and yes, to me faux counts too (no one knows the price tag but you).

Fashion is fun and helps to shape and describe who we really are deep inside. Enjoy it and do not stay married to trends, you may just start your own one day…

Until next time Diary,

Arianne XOXO
