Viola Davis shut it down when she went to receive her award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama especially when she opened up with a quote from Harriet Tubman then expressing so boldly her now famous quote mentioned above. But Viola wasn’t the only big winner of the night. Uzo Aduba, and Regina King won for Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series, and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or a Movie. Bravo ladies.
